Rheanna Deployed Today...
Adam said good-bye to Rhe early this morning as she left for her deployment.  She then had to wait in a" holding area" at Fort Benning to get on the plane around 1 PM Eastern time.  That gave her a chance to make some phone calls and even have some "face-time" with Ryann Faith.  Ryann got so excited seeing her mommy on the phone and hearing her voice.  So now we are in count down mode that her time has started and we cannot wait for her to return safely to all of us.  We thank all of you who are keeping her in your thoughts and prayers throughout this year.
We have put a candle in the window that we light each night for Rheanna.  The tradition is as follows: during war times mothers and wives would point to the candle in the window before their son or husband went to war and assured them that it would be lit every night waiting for him to come home safe and sound.  It was to show him he was much loved and would never be forgotten. So we turn on the candle  every night knowing Adam and Ryann will have Rhe home soon and how much she is loved.
The candle is outside of Ryann's room so it a wonderful reminder for her of Rheanna and how much she is missed!
Smiling Ryann Faith
